Cindy and Peg have been caring for my hard to handle dogs for the past 26 years. They provided them with the safety and security my dogs needed to feel that Poochie's was their home away from home. I don't trust anyone else with my four legged children. Poochie's gives them the same loving care that I do. I drive 16 miles one way when there are several places less than 2 miles from my home.

Cindy and Peg and all the staff at Poochie's are wonderful. My cats have been "regulars" ever since they opened. As my cat aged and became diabetic, I knew he was in capable hands. I never worrie,d or was ocncerned about having someone else give him his shots. They have always treated my cats like they were their own. I can't imagine boarding my cats anywhere but Poochie's, 'cause they're the best!!

Brandon, Danny, and Tupelo, my three adopted daschund mixes, think of Poochie's as their second home. They say, "when mom goes away, we go to Poochie's, where we sleep, eat, and play, just like at home and mom can relax knowing we're being cared for."

Poochie's is the only place I will take my kitties to board, even though it is an hour trip each way. I miss them when they're there, but I never worry about them - they're in good hands.

Poochie's has become our cat, Noodles', home away from home. AS with all pet owners, our cat is our baby, and we don't like to leave him when we go on vacation. We feel lucky to have found Poochie's. Noodles is happy there and we know that Peg and Cindy and their whole staff take good care of him. They meet not only his physical needs but they obviously really like him and give him lots of affection and attention, almost like he gets at home. The best thing is that when we get him home again there is almost no period of readjustment because he was so well cared for at Poochie's

Peace of mind... that's what we have with Poochie's. From our first visit we knew Poochie's was the right choice for Mick and Minnie. It is not just their love of animals, but the attention to details in providing the best care for our pets, while we are away, that gives us peace of mind!

I have an assortment of animals that need cared for when I go out of town. We have gone to Poochie's for many years and have always been happy with the care the pets received. Peg and Cindy are very thorough when admitting animals, making sure they are current on vaccines, etc. The facility is cheerful, well lit and secure. All of the animals receive TLC from the staff and see friendly faces often during the day. I have recommended Poochie's to anyone looking for kennel space for their animals for short or prolonged stays. Mine have always come home happy!

When our "mother" used to go away she left us at home and all we did all day was wait for the "catsitter" to come and feed us. Now, we go on "vacation" at Poochie's when she is away and we have the best time. We each get our own cage, bed, food and toys. We get to meet new "friends" and the people that work here are so nice to us. They talk to us and let us play. The room is real pretty and lots of people come in and out all day. "Aunt" Peg and "Aunt" Cindy treat us special too. It's a great place to go for our vacation!

Our doberman, Gretchen, has been staying at Poochie's since she was 5 months old. Gretchen is now 7 years old and she will not be boarded in any kennel other than Poochie's. Why? Because the care and attention the folks at Poochie's give is unparalleled. The staff makes it a point to know your pet! They truly care about your pet's well-being. As my dog gets older, the care they give has become even more important

It's comforting to know that when we are out of town, Gretchen will be loved and cared for not just by people who love pets, but by a staff of people who know how to take care of pets. After all, that's the most important thing! I highly recommend Poochie's for your pet's boarding needs!

We have boarded our dog Snuggles (a Golden Lab/Shepard mix) at Poochie's Barklane Hotel for seven years. We just love Peg and Cindy and their staff for the way they spoil and take great care of our baby. You can't find a better boarding kennel in this area. We had boarded Snuggles prior to Poochie's, and were unhappy with that kennel, but on the way home we saw the sign for Poochie's and thought we would stop in to check it out. We found that the first greeting and appearance was wonderful. The kennel was incredibly clean. Anyone that chooses Poochie's to board their pet won't be disappointed

Have you worried when boarding your pet, not really knowing how well they were cared for? Worry no more! We entrust our five Chows solely and often to Poochie's wuth full faith in the competency of their care. It is not only care, but peace of mind. We would not go anywhere else. If Poochie's were booked, we just wouldn't go!

The facility is sanitary, safe, and the animals clean and well monitored. We have seen first hand, the care that pets recieve at Poochies and are contented knowing ours will receive the same.

Several of our Chows have chronic illnesses and their medications are administered properly and timely. Even with our Chow Teddy, blind and deaf, I feel safe leaving him in their care.

A Chow can be a difficult to handle breed. They can be, at times, uncooperative and mistrustful. They require experienced care and understanding. They receive this at Poochie's.

Our Chows trust Poochie's. We do! You can too!

My wife and I began taking our dog, Cassidy, and our cat, Cole, to Poochie's several years ago. Prior to that, Cassidy and Cole had been boarded at several other kennels. However, we sensed that neither Cassidy nor Cole were happy at those places.

Prior to taking Cassidy and Cole to Poochie's for their first stay, we met with Peg and Cindy. In speaking with them we learned of their love for animals. At that time we also observed the areas where Cassidy and Cole would be staying. We liked what we saw. We also had the opportunity to meat several members of Poochie's staff at that time, and could see that they cared about the animals, also.

We scheduled Cassidy and Cole for their first stay, and when we picked them up we could see that they had been well cared for. Since that time, Cassidy and Cole have stayed at Poochie's many times, sometimes for an extended stay (one month or longer). Each time we pick them up, they appear to be happy and have been well taken care of. We also observed that when we would take them to Poochie's for their next stay, Cassidy would be pulling at her leash to get in the door. We did not see this type of behavior in Cassidy at other kennels.

On occasion, when Cassidy is boarding at Poochie's, she may get a bath or have her nails done. Cassidy likes to run and enjoys Poochie's exercise yard.

We believe that Cassidy and Cole are the best judges of the treatment they recieve at Poochie's. In our opinion, they truly enjoy the care they recieve there. We have never seen either Cassidy or Cole exhibit conduct which indicated otherwise, even when they have been with Peg and Cindy for a month or more. We have met different members of Poochie's staff at different times. We always found the staff to enjoy working with the animals. We also observed Cassidy and Cole with the same staff members, and they would go to the staff without hesitation. This conduct, to us, indicated that the staff was treating Cassidy and Cole well.

We have had nothing but good experience while boarding our pets with Poochie's, and wish you the same
